fifitravel – Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the fifitravel website (the “Site”).
By placing an order, you agree to the terms below, which differentiate between our digital and physical products.
Part 1: Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Digital Art, etc.)
1. Nature of Our Digital Products
All of our digital products (e.g., ebooks, downloadable guides, itineraries, templates, digital art, etc.) are delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped for these products. You receive immediate access to the content upon successful purchase.
2. General Rule for Digital Products – No Refunds After Download
Due to the instant and non‑returnable nature of digital products, all sales are final once:
The payment has been successfully processed, and
The download link or access to the digital product has been delivered.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital products simply because:
You changed your mind
You no longer need the product
You purchased the product by mistake
You are unable to use the files due to lack of compatible software or device
Please carefully review product descriptions and, if available, previews or samples before completing your purchase.
3. Exceptions for Digital Products – Technical Issues
We may consider a refund or replacement only in the following limited situations:
Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once within the same account. We may refund the duplicate charge after verification.
File not received: You completed your purchase but did not receive the download link or access to the product within a reasonable time. Please check your spam/junk folder and ensure the correct email was entered first. If the issue is on our side and we cannot provide access, we may issue a refund.
Corrupted or unusable file: The downloaded file is corrupted or technically unusable. We will first attempt to re‑send the file or provide an alternative. If we cannot provide a working version, we may offer a refund.
All such cases are reviewed individually at our sole discretion.
Part 2: Physical Products (T-shirts, etc. – Dropshipped by our suppliers)
1. Nature of Our Physical Products
Our physical products, such as T-shirts, are custom-printed on demand and dropshipped directly to you by our production partners. This means each item is created specifically for your order.
2. Returns & Exchanges for Physical Products
We want you to love your fifitravel gear! However, since these items are custom-printed, we can only accept returns or offer exchanges under specific circumstances:
Damaged or Defective Product: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will require clear photos of the damage or defect.
Wrong Item/Size Sent: If you received an item that is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong design, wrong size than what was ordered), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
We generally do not offer returns or exchanges for:
Buyer's Remorse: We cannot accept returns for items where you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size/color. Please double-check our size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
3. How to Initiate a Return/Exchange for Physical Products
If your item qualifies for a return or exchange based on the criteria above:
Contact us immediately at info@fifitravel.com with the subject line: “Physical Product Issue – [Order Number]”.
Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to proceed. This may involve returning the item or simply providing a replacement. Do not send items back to us or our supplier without prior authorization.
4. Refunds for Physical Products
Approved refunds for physical products will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after the issue is resolved or the returned item is received and inspected.
Part 3: General Terms (Applicable to All Products)
1. Payment Processing
All payments on our site are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal or other named banking institution. If you have an issue with a charge (e.g., incorrect amount, unauthorized transaction), please contact us first so we can investigate.

From time to time, fifitravel may recommend or link to third‑party products and services, including but not limited to:
Tours, activities, and travel services offered through Viator.com
Flights, hotels, tickets, and other travel services offered through Trip.com
Ebooks and other digital content offered through Amazon KDP / Amazon.com
When you click these links and make a booking or purchase, you are doing so directly with the third‑party provider, not with fifitravel. As a result:
All payments, cancellations, changes, returns, and refunds for these third‑party purchases are governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, and policies of the respective provider (e.g., Viator, Trip.com, Amazon), and
fifitravel does not process or manage refunds, returns, or adjustments for these transactions.
We strongly encourage you to review the applicable refund, cancellation, and booking policies on Viator.com, Trip.com, and Amazon before completing any purchase or booking through their platforms.
